Outreach OT provides Occupational Therapy Services for $190 per hour, including face to face, meetings, liaison with others and report writing.  Travel charges are not applied in the area between Kyogle, Nimbin and Rock Valley.  Every effort will be made to make services as cost effective as possible.

Before starting services a quote and service agreement will be completed, outlining costs and terms of services.

Outreach OT is able to provide NDIS services to participants who are self or plan managed.  We are not registered to provide agency managed services.

Outreach OT is a Medicare Provider (number 5306472L) under Chronic Disease Management – talk to your General Practitioner about making a referral.  Please note:

• You will need to organise your reimbursement from Medicare.
• There will be a gap payment.
• You can only claim a rebate for face to face services (not report writing or talking to parents/carers)
• You can receive the rebate for five sessions per year divided between allied health providers.  

We are not registered to provide services under Better Access to Mental Health.

Most private health funds cover Occupational Therapy under Extras; talk with your insurer.  You will need to organise reimbursement from your insurer.
